The right flue adapted to your heating system

The flue gas discharge must be adapted to both the heating appliance and the fuel used. This is especially important for high efficiency boilers that use both fuel oil and gas. It is therefore essential to think carefully in advance about the requirements that the flue gas discharge must meet. In addition, each heating appliance must have its own flue gas outlet and therefore cannot be shared.

The Opsinox twin wall (DW) product range is perfect for smoke removal of all negative pressure devices operating with combustion of gas, oil, wood, pellets, coal or peat. The flue pipe is composed of a double wall: The inner duct consists of stainless steel, the outer duct is available in stainless or galvanized steel. The seams of the whole system are laser welded.

The double wall is injected with mineral wool insulation under high pressure. The stainless steel ducts are resistant to high temperatures and are available in different diameters to adapt to your heating appliance.

Besides the standard ranges, the Opsinox twin wall assortment is also available in overpressure (P1) version. The system is then equipped with a high quality sealing, which makes it suitable for applications where flue gas removal is being forced by f.e. a ventilator in the heating device.
